McGinn talks about when he got the phonecall from then manager Nigel Worthington for his first call-up in November 2008.
He said: ''i remember the day, I was driving home from training with Derry City and Nigel Worthington phoned me up. I thought it was somebody joking around. As the conversation went on, he knew alot about me and i was just delighted and shocked.''
