2015 Cerebral Palsy World Championships

Northern Ireland, currently ranked 13th in the World and therefore Group underdogs,  will have to finish in one of the top 2 positions in Group D to progress to the Quarter Finals. Team Coach and former Northern Ireland star Mal Donaghy is looking forward to the challenge ahead “It’s a difficult group for sure but it was always going to be that way with the top  Nations in the world attending. What a great opportunity for our young players and we will go into the competition well prepared and aiming to perform”

It’s the 10th anniversary of the formation of the Northern Ireland Cerebral Palsy programme and competing at this prestigious Event is great reward for the players dedication and development over the years.

Northern Ireland will play the following group fixtures(all at St. Georges Park):

17.06.15 v Canada 5pm
19.06.15 v Holland 11am
21.06.15 v Argentina 1pm
