Staff members from the Irish FA’s Football Development department are attending a two day conference in Cookstown.
Monday saw presentations from Northern Ireland manager Michael O’Neill and Elite Performance Director Jim Magilton, alongside those on the Association’s Curriculum Sports, Grassroots and Elite Performance programmes.
Presentations were followed by workshops on youth strategy, and club and volunteer development.
Tuesday focuses on the introduction of futsal in Northern Ireland and includes coaching sessions from Spanish futsal World Cup winner Javier Lozano.
