The Irish FA alongside Ulster GAA and Ulster Rugby will host a Club Planning webinar next month.
The online session will take place on Tuesday 6 October from 7pm to 8pm.
A strong Development Plan is an excellent tool which can help provide a strategic focus to your club. This will help you to successfully work towards your club’s short and long-term goals.
Staff from Irish FA, Ulster GAA and Ulster Rugby will give an insight to:
- Benefits of having a plan
- Steps to creating the plan
- Consulting with club members and wider community
- Importance of keeping the plan live

The event will be hosted via Microsoft Teams. You can access Teams through your web browser, or you can download the Teams application onto your device. All registered participants will be emailed the link to the webinar on the morning of Tuesday 6th October.
