Electric Ireland Women's Challenge Cup down to last four

The Electric Ireland Women’s Challenge Cup has reached the last four stage with both semi-final ties set to be played on Friday evening. 

In a repeat of last year’s final, holders Glentoran Women take on Sion Swifts Ladies in an all-Premiership tie at Stangmore Park, Dungannon (7.30pm ko).

The Glens will be focused on securing a place in next month’s showpiece as they aim to claim a fifth consecutive Challenge Cup title.

In the other half of the draw Cliftonville Ladies go head-to-head with Lisburn Rangers Ladies at Seaview (7.30pm ko). 

The north Belfast side currently sit second in the NIFL Women's Premiership while Rangers top the NIWFA Championship table. 

Participating clubs encouraging fans to come along and show their support.  Admission for both games is £5 (adults) and £3 (concessions). 

A place in the final on Saturday 21 October at the National Football Stadium at Windsor Park awaits the winners.
