Aaron Hughes has reflected on what has been a memorable year and admitted there were times he thought he would not reach that special milestone of making 100 caps for Northern Ireland.
But that was just one achievement in a year that also seen Hughes play a key role in his country’s performance at UEFA Euro 2016, as well as make the move to the Indian Super league where he captained Kerala Blasters.
