Electric Ireland Shooting Stars ready for kick-off

The Electric Ireland Shooting Stars programme in partnership with the Irish FA Foundation returns this September.

Shooting Stars looks to create opportunities for girls aged four to 11 throughout Northern Ireland to fall in love with football.

And in the coming months the Irish FA Foundation will be staging the programme at 16 venues across the country. Click on the image below to find out where and book your place today.

Lauren Moore, a Girls’ Participation Officer with the Irish FA Foundation, said: “We’re looking forward to welcoming the girls back to Shooting Stars this September.

“The recent success of the Northern Ireland senior women’s team and their appearance at UEFA Women EURO 2022 in England has helped to generate a greater interest in football among young girls here and Shooting Stars is a great way for them to learn through play and make new friends while developing the fundamentals for football.”

The fun-filled sessions are run weekly by qualified coaches in a safe and friendly environment with sessions available across the country with prices starting at £25 per girl, £40 for two or £55 for three.
