We caught up with Ian Baraclough after he was appointed to the role of Northern Ireland senior men's manager on Saturday evening.
The 49-year-old, who had been in charge of Northern Ireland's Under 21s since 2017, speaks of his the 'honour and pride' at being offered the opportunity.
