The Irish FA has launched the NI Football Hub, a new online platform designed to provide clubs and other key stakeholders across Northern Ireland with easy access to essential information, guidance and resources.
Available at nifootballhub.com, the free self-service website brings together a wide range of essential football administration resources in one central location, making it quicker and easier for users to find the information they need at any time.
The NI Football Hub is focused on supporting clubs with practical guidance covering a range of everyday administrative tasks. These include step-by-step guides for common COMET processes such as player registration, matchday administration, discipline and payments, alongside rules and regulations and key registration forms.
Comet FMS Operations and Development Manager, Richard Currie, said:
“The platform has been developed to make football administration more straightforward by providing a single, publicly accessible source of information. Previously, clubs often had to search across multiple sources or contact the Irish FA directly for support.
“The NI Football Hub has been designed so users can quickly navigate content by topic, helping them find relevant information whenever they need it. As regulations and processes evolve, the content will continue to be updated to allow users to have access to the latest guidance.”
Further resources will be added following the initial launch, including dedicated content for match officials and competition organisers, as well as additional club guidance covering areas such as FIFA minors applications, FIFA Transfer Matching System (TMS) information and dual interest in clubs applications.
The launch forms part of the Irish FA’s ongoing commitment to improving support for the football community by making important information more accessible, reducing administration time for clubs and providing assistance whenever it is needed.
