The 62 first-round ties of the 2025/26 edition of the competition are set to be played on Saturday 11 October 2025, kick-off 1.30 pm.
Holders Crumlin Star kick off their defence of the trophy at home to Banbridge Town, while St. James' Swifts, last season's runners-up, host Killyleagh YC.
The 'tie of the round' sees NIFL Premier Intermediate League side Newry City welcome U20 Premiership Development League champions Linfield Swifts to The Showgrounds.
