Rescheduled Clearer Water Irish Cup fifth round ties confirmed

All the Clearer Water Irish Cup fifth round matches postponed at the weekend have now been rescheduled.

Seven of the 16 ties in round five were called off on Saturday due to frozen pitches.

They have now been rescheduled as follows:

Tuesday 13 January

Portadown v Annagh United – 7:45pm kick-off at Shamrock Park

Ballinamallard United v Institute – 7:45pm start at Ferney Park

Glenavon v Newington – 7:45pm KO at Mourneview Park

Warrenpoint Town v Lisburn Distillery – 8pm kick-off, match now to be held at Milltown

Tuesday 20 January

Ballymena United v Larne – 7:45pm kick-off at Ballymena Showgrounds

Glentoran v Strabane Athletic – 7:45pm start, match now to be held at The Oval

Loughgall v Knockbreda – 7:45pm KO, match now to be held at Lakeview Park

The draw for the sixth round of the competition was made shortly after the conclusion of the games that did go ahead at the weekend.

The round six ties will be as follows:

Carrick Rangers v Coleraine

Cliftonville v Glenavon or Newington

Knockbreda or Loughgall v Ballinamallard United or Institute

Limavady United v Linfield

Lisburn Distillery or Warrenpoint Town v Ballymena United or Larne

H&W Welders v Ballymacash Rangers

Portadown or Annagh United v Dungannon Swifts

Strabane Athletic or Glentoran v Drumaness Mills

Ties to be played on the weekend of Friday 6/Saturday 7 February 2026
