Former Irish FA President and FIFA Vice-President Jim Boyce is to be honoured at a special ‘This Is Your Life’ Celebration Dinner to mark his 75th year of involvement with Cliftonville Football Club.
The event will take place at the Stormont Hotel, Belfast, on Sunday 22 March, and will feature a four-course meal, cabaret entertainment, and appearances from a host of special guests.
All proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Society, a charity close to his heart.
Boyce, who has dedicated decades of service to football in Northern Ireland and internationally, said:
“Football has been a huge part of my life, and I feel very fortunate to have enjoyed so many wonderful years at Cliftonville and within the wider game. This evening is not just about me – it’s about raising money for a fantastic cause and celebrating the great friendships football has given me.”
Boyce served as Irish FA President and went on to become a FIFA Vice-President, playing a pivotal role in shaping the sport at both national and international levels.
