
Clubs wishing to compete for the Irish Cup and Intermediate Cup in the 2025-26 season have less than a week left to get their entries in.
The closing date for entries to both the Clearer Water Irish Cup and the McComb’s Coach Travel Intermediate Cup is 30 June.
First round matches in the Irish Cup, which is open to senior and intermediate teams in Northern Ireland who meet the criteria, are due to be played on 9 August.
And first round games in the Intermediate Cup, which is only open to teams playing at intermediate level, will be played on 11 October.
In addition the closing date for entries to the fonaCAB Craig Stanfield Junior Cup is 15 August, with opening round games in the junior level competition being played on 6 and 13 September.
It’s the same closing date for entries to the Harry Cavan Youth Cup. First round games in that competition will be played on 27 September.
The entry fee for the Clearer Water Irish Cup is £50, while the McComb’s Coach Travel Intermediate Cup entry fee is £30. It’s a £20 entry fee for the Junior Cup and a £10 fee for the Youth Cup.
Entries for the various national cup competitions run by the Irish Football Association for men’s club teams in Northern Ireland are live on the Comet system. Clubs can enter the competitions via the MyComet section of Comet.
