Campaign Cards Terms and Conditions
When you purchase or apply for a Campaign Card, you certify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by and to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the Stadium as varied or amended from time to time (available on our website at www.irishfa.com or upon written request to the Irish FA).
A Campaign Card permits you to occupy your allocated seat at the match or any such other alternative seat as the Irish FA may allocate to you in its reasonable discretion.
The Irish FA reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject from, the stadium any person who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Purchasing Campaign Cards
Where an account holds 2 or more Campaign Cards, the Lead Booker is the person who is named on the account and is responsible for all Campaign Cards within the account and acts on behalf of and is responsible for all ticket holders within the account in relation to the following Terms and Conditions.
Each Lead Booker must provide a valid email address, postal address, and date of birth. If your details change during the season you must notify the Irish FA as soon as reasonably practicable. Personal details can be updated by logging onto Account Manager and selecting edit my profile.
The Lead Booker will receive all relevant information via email and therefore a valid and unique email address must be supplied for each account. It is the responsibility of the Lead Booker to ensure all contact information is valid and updated via the Account Manager. Any request in relation to a Campaign Card can only be submitted from the Lead Booker and from the email address assigned to the account.
Lost Campaign Cards
If a Campaign Card is lost, a request for a replacement must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Should there be more than one Campaign Card within the account, exact seat details of the lost Campaign Card must be provided. This request can only be made by the Lead Booker and must be sent only from the email address assigned to the account. Replacement Campaign Card(s) will be provided at the discretion of the Irish FA's Ticketing Manager. Should a request for a replacement Campaign Card be made within 5 working days of a match day, a paper or electronic ticket may be provided as an alternative.
Payment of Campaign Cards
Where a Campaign Card is purchased using a payment plan, the Lead Booker has agreed that all payments will be deducted automatically. Payment information must be kept up to date. All changes, including new expiry dates, must be communicated to us in full, as soon as received from your bank or card issuer. On failure of payment, the Lead Booker will be notified by email. The Irish FA will not accept any responsibility if emails are not read. Failure to resolve any failed payments within 10 working days will result in termination /invalidation of the Campaign Card(s). Where a Campaign Card is cancelled due to non-payment no refund on payment already received will be given.
Right of First Refusal for Home Friendly Fixtures
Campaign Card holders are entitled to right of first refusal for all home Friendly match tickets. Lead Bookers will be contacted by email with purchase information. The right of first refusal period will be at the discretion of the Irish FA Ticketing Department. All deadlines, procedures and any relevant application process set out by the Irish FA must be followed when applying for tickets. Where possible the seat(s) held by the Campaign Card holder(s) will be made available however this cannot be guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the Lead Booker to check emails regularly for communication regarding right of first refusal.
Priority Booking for Away Tickets
For Away Qualifiers, 5% of capacity of the Stadium in which a fixture is to be played is available to visiting supporters. The maximum number of tickets that a Lead Booker can apply for will equivalent to the number of Campaign Cards held within the account. Lead Bookers will be contacted by email in advance of an away match with purchase information and instruction for submitting an expression of interest. All deadlines, procedures and any relevant application process set out by the Irish FA must be followed when applying for away tickets. The Lead Booker is responsible for providing the correct information of those travelling to away matches. Priority booking for away tickets is available to all Campaign Card holders however the Irish FA cannot guarantee tickets for any fixture and away tickets are subject to availability. Lead Bookers are responsible for all tickets purchased within their account and for the behaviour of the ticket holders. The lead booker may be asked to provide travel documentation for tickets he or she has purchased. If tickets are purchased with no intention of attending the fixture, the Irish FA reserve the right to deduct associated loyalty points as well as further loyalty points from the account.
Priority Booking based on loyalty points
On occasion when demand for tickets outweighs supply, additional criteria can be used by the Irish FA to determine a priority booking system and tickets will be allocated accordingly. On this occasion, the maximum number of tickets that a Lead Booker can apply for will be equivalent to the number of Campaign Cards held within the account.
Changes to Dates, Seats, Refunds & Exchanges
No guarantees can be given by the Irish FA that a match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date. The Irish FA reserves the right to reschedule any match without notice and without any liability whatsoever. Your Campaign Card ticket will enable you to attend the re-arranged match.
The Irish FA will have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss of damage, loss of enjoyment or travel costs.
The Irish FA may in its reasonable discretion, relocate the holder to an alternative seat/space or part of the stadium for any match played at the stadium.
Use of the Campaign Cards
Subject to the remaining provisions of this clause, Campaign Cards are issued for your sole use and you shall not sell, assign or transfer aCampaign Card to any other person.
For a home match, a Campaign Card Holder may (on a match by match basis) lend their card to a friend or a member of their family provided that:
(a) the Campaign Card Holder shall be responsible for ensuring that person complies with these terms and conditions as if they were the Campaign Card Holder and shall be liable for the acts and omissions of that person;
(b) the Campaign Card Holder shall not in any way advertise or market the availability of their Campaign Card for any match;
(c) at the request of the Irish FA, the Campaign Card Holder shall provide the name and contact details of any person who has been lent a card;
(d) Any Campaign Card Holders that hold concession cards shall only be entitled to lend their Campaign Card to a friend or a member of their family who is able to provide satisfactory proof of their eligibility to use the Campaign Card Holder's particular category of ticket for the relevant match.
All Campaign Card holders must adhere to the Terms and Conditions of the Stadium at all times whilst present in The National Football Stadium at Windsor Park.
Without prejudice to any other remedies it may have, the Irish FA shall have the right in the case of any serious or persistent breach of these Terms & Conditions to cancel and/or withdraw any Campaign Card issued to you. In the event of such cancellation and/or withdrawal no refund will be paid.
All Campaign Card holders must ensure they are not in breach of the football provisions of the Justice Act (NI) in regards to Section 36 (throwing of articles capable of causing injury), Section 37 (chanting of a sectarian, indecent or racial nature), Section 38 (going on to the playing area) and Section 39 (possession of fireworks, flares etc).
Verbal or written abuse towards any Irish FA staff member, volunteer or any person of authority working for or on behalf of the Irish FA will not be tolerated at any time.
The Irish FA have the right to terminate and/or refuse to despatch Campaign Card(s) to the Lead Booker and/or invalidate the Campaign Card(s) for any event as a result of behaviour which is deemed inappropriate.
Limitation of Liability
The Irish FA excludes any liability for loss, injury or damage to persons and or property in or around the Stadium except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of the Irish FA or any other liability of the Irish FA which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Irish FA shall not be responsible for any interruptions and or restrictions to the view of the match caused by virtue of the position of the seat and or the actions of other spectators.
The Irish FA reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and shall notify you of such changes if they materially affect your rights as a consumer.
The invalidity or partial invalidity of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not prejudice or affect the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect. If any invalid, unenforceable or illegal provision of these Terms and Conditions would be valid, enforceable and legal if some part of it were deleted, the provision shall apply with the minimum modification necessary to make it legal, valid and enforceable.
The Irish FA's failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right, power or remedy provided by
These Terms and Conditions or by law shall not constitute a waiver of that right, power or remedy.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Northern Ireland in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
Campaign Cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
