Mascot – Terms and Conditions General details
Match: Northern Ireland v Slovakia/ Northern Ireland v Germany
Location: Clearer Twist National Stadium at Windsor Park, Donegall Avenue, Belfast, BT12 6LU
Date: Friday 10 October / Monday 13 October
Meeting time: 6.30 pm
Kick-off: 7.45 pm

Mascots and guardians will be required to meet at the National Football Stadium at Windsor Park at 6.00 pm one week prior to the match. Please meet outside the East Stand reception of the Stadium (entry via Donegall Avenue).
On arrival, mascots will be met by Irish FA representatives. Each mascot, accompanied by one Parent/Guardian will be taken to get changed into their football kits before going pitch side where they will be able to watch the team warm up and have some photos taken in the Stadium. Parents/Guardians will be required to take their seats.
After the mascot procession the children will be escorted to meet their Parents/Guardians at the Mascot meeting point outside the South Stand and they may miss the first few minutes of the game. Changing facilities will be available to allow the children to get changed out of their kits. Parents/Guardians must take any additional clothing such as tracksuit bottoms and coats with them to their seats at this stage to save time after the Mascot procession.

Official Photos after the game
Please ensure your child brings football boots or trainers. Mascots should also bring warm clothes to wear over their football kit whilst watching the match. We will have a photographer in position on the pitch who will take as many photos as possible of the children lined up with the players, although, due to the timings of this part of the event, this cannot be guaranteed. These photos will be sent to you after the match.

Kit Size
Please note that these are guidelines only and the letters refer to Small Boys etc. The same kits are worn by girls. If you feel your child may require a larger size (adult sizes), please make a note of this on this form, however this cannot always be guaranteed. As the adidas kits are small fitting it may be advisable to go to the next size up if unsure.
Part 2: Consent for the use of photography
Why are we asking for your consent
To grant the rights to the Irish FA so that should You appear in any of the footage/stills taken during your involvement in the Event, the Irish FA would be able to use the images on our website or in any promotions or advertising in the context of the Mascot Programme or the game.
What do you agree to do?
In return for participating in the Event: -

You agree to be filmed during the Event.

You freely permit the Irish FA and any persons acting on its behalf to use your image and/or voice appearing in any photographs and/or films and/or soundtracks (including in any “making of” or “production” documentary or video blog) taken during the Event for use in TV, print, radio, internet (including YouTube, Facebook and other social networking sites) and any and all other media (whether now known or yet to be invented) on a worldwide basis, with no time limit.

You also grant the right for the Irish FA to use any description of wording about Your involvement in the Event, and that any statement and/or words published in relation to any images of You may represent and refer to You and/or an imaginary person.

This permitted use also extends to reproducing, publicising, coping, modifying, distributing, displaying and creating derivative works of the footage/stills taken.

However, you acknowledge that the Irish FA is not obliged to use or exploit any of the rights granted, nor to include your name as a credit in connection with the images/photographs.
We will not use your personal details or full name (which means first name and surname) in relation to your images/photographs, unless we have agreement from You or your parent/guardian.
Intellectual Property

You give your permission and hereby assign (i.e., give ownership) of all intellectual property rights in the footage/stills that may vest in you.

For the avoidance of doubt, you acknowledge that the Irish FA may use any images / recordings/footage/sound effects taken during the Event throughout the world, with no time limit.
Outright permission

You agree that we do not need to contact you again for any further approval.

You agree that you will not look to the Irish FA or any other party for any payment and acknowledge that participation in the Event is adequate consideration for the rights You are granting.

You agree that the Irish FA will not be liable if there is any distortion/illusionary effect or adverse result to you resulting from the publication of the footage/images.

You agree not to do anything that might cause adverse publicity for the Irish FA, Event or Programme.

Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries submitted before the closing deadline.
They will be notified by email following the closing of the competition.
If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period or fails to respond, the Irish FA reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Publicity
By entering the competition, participants agree that the Irish FA may announce winners' names and/or display associated photos on its official channels, including social media, websites, and newsletters.
Data Protection
Personal information submitted will be used solely for the administration of the competition and managed in accordance with the Irish FA’s privacy policy.
General
Entry into the competition implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Irish FA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
The decision of the Irish FA is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
