The Gambling Support Group (GSG) is a player-led initiative established by the partnership of PFANI, NIFL, Irish Football Association and current and former Irish League players to support individuals within football who have been affected by gambling harm.
Made up of players with lived experience of gambling addiction and recovery, GSG provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental source of support for players and staff who may be struggling themselves or are concerned about someone else.
How to access support:
Scan the QR code to open a confidential SMS message draft directly to the Gambling Support Group. Alternatively, text 07366 734909 and begin your message with GSG. A member of the group with relevant lived experience will respond and help guide you towards appropriate support.
