fonaCAB extends its partnership with Irish FA for another three years

FonaCAB has extended its sponsorship of Northern Ireland’s international football teams and will remain as the Irish FA’s Official Taxi Partner for another three years.

The association first agreed a sponsorship deal with the Belfast-based taxi company back in 2017.

The latest extension of that deal will see fonaCAB support the international teams for another three years.

FonaCAB will also continue to be the title sponsor of the association’s Craig Stanfield Junior Cup, the biggest competition for Junior clubs in Northern Ireland.

William McCausland, Chief Executive at fonaCAB, said: “As a long established, locally owned and managed Northern Ireland company, we are proud to be able to continue to support teams and individuals from Northern Ireland and sometimes beyond.

“Our successful partnership with the Irish FA is a relationship we’re particularly delighted with and we look forward to cheering the teams on, whether at Junior or international level, over the next three years.”

Stephen Bogle, Head of Commercial Operations at the Irish FA, said: “We’re delighted to renew our partnership with fonaCAB, a trusted and long-standing supporter of football in Northern Ireland.

“Their continued commitment helps us grow the game at every level - from the grassroots to the international stage - and we’re excited to build on our shared success in the years ahead.”
