Northern Ireland v Switzerland match information

We are looking forward to welcoming fans to the National Football Stadium at Windsor Park on Wednesday evening as Northern Ireland face Switzerland in a FIFA World Cup Qualifier.

If you have a ticket for the game please see below some information to allow you to begin making necessary preparations for attending the game. 

What requirements will be in place for the fixtures in relation to Covid-19?

It is our aim to ensure that supporters enjoy the game safely and responsibly and currently the following guidelines are in place:

All supporters aged 11 and older attending upcoming fixtures must have available on request:

  • Proof of full vaccination by showing your Covid-19 vaccination card that was issued to you when you received your vaccinations; you must also show valid Photographic ID matching the name on your vaccination card. 
  • other government issued proofs of full vaccination are also acceptable, provided you also produce valid Photo ID. 
  • your proof of vaccination must reflect that you have had both doses and that your second dose was administered at least 14 days prior to the fixture you are attending

If you cannot demonstrate that you are fully vaccinated, you will need to show proof of a negative Covid test as follows:

  • NHS Lateral Flow test taken no more than 48 hours prior to your arrival at the stadium; you report your result online and have available your NHS email or text notification of your result. Or
  • Proof of a negative PCR test taken no more than 72 hours prior to arrival at the stadium.

Alternatively you can also gain entry by demonstrating proof of natural Covid antibodies based upon a positive PCR test within 180 days of the game (including 10 days self-isolation following the result).

How do I access my tickets?

There are two options available to you to access your match ticket(s):

Option 1 - download your match ticket(s) to your Smartphone

If you are using an android or Apple smartphone to access the stadium we highly recommend you download the ticket to your smartphone in advance of arriving at the stadium. This will mean your match ticket(s) is stored on your phone and accessing it shouldn't be affected by potential busy network connections when at the stadium.

To download your match ticket(s) to your smartphone log on to your Account Manager here and follow these steps:

  • Select Northern Ireland v Switzerland as your event.
  • Select the seat you wish to download to your smartphone.
  • Under the QR code you will see the option to save to phone.
  • Click on the button to save to your smartphone app (Google Pay/Apple Wallet).

Option 2 - print your tickets on paper

Your match ticket(s) can be printed on paper to access the stadium and to do this you will need to use a PC or laptop.

To print your match ticket on paper log on to your Account Manager here and follow these steps: 

  • Select Northern Ireland v Switzerland as your event.
  • Click on the print icon.
  • Select the seat(s) you wish to print ticket(s) for and click continue.
  • Click print to download the PDF.
