20 participants reach the top of UEFA coaching ladder

Participants of the UEFA Coaching Pro Licence course received their awards at the Culloden Hotel in Belfast.

Former players such as Harry Kewell, Benni McCarthy and Hermann Hreidarsson were amongst those along with local managers Rodney McAree, Barry Gray and Gary Haveron to get their award.

20 certificates were handed out by Frank Ludolph, Head of UEFA Football Education Services with Northern Ireland manager Michael O'Neill also in attendance as he did a Q&A hosted by Performance Psychologist Michael Caulfield.

Also, women's under 17 manager Alison Nicholl and Lisa Fallon became the first women in Northern Ireland to reach the top of the UEFA coaching ladder.
