Stay At Home Workout Plans by Johnny Pedlow

The strength and conditioning coach of the Northern Ireland senior women’s team has produced a series of videos aimed at female club & international players to help them keep fit at home during the coronavirus lockdown.

The six-week series includes warm-up, core and mobility exercises.
