The event was held in association with Energizer / Wilkinson Sword - sponsor of the IFA's Official Supporters Scheme, and was hosted by another local 'legend' - Jackie Fullerton.

During the evening Jackie chatted to Jim about his playing days and also about his current job as manager of Championship side Ipswich Town - and there was certainly plenty of banter between the two!!

Throughout the night the fans had the opportunity to ask the Northern Ireland legend their own questions, something which provided many laughs as nearly every question turned into reminiscing stories, ranging from memories of away trips, Jim’s playing career, managing career and more than a funny stories about former Northern Ireland team mates!!

After the question and answer session it was then time to get some photographs taken and have some memorabilia signed by the former international player.

Everyone who attended the event thoroughly enjoyed it – after all how often do you get the chance to spend the evening with the likes of Jim Magilton, who was capped 52 times for Northern Ireland.
