Nigel Worthington appointed Glynn Snodin as his assistant manager when he took over the Northern Ireland job on June 1.
In January 2008 Worthington agreed a new two year contract and Snodin was reappointed to the Northern Ireland set-up.
He played 600 league and cup matches for Barnsley , Hearts, Leeds United, Sheffield Wednesday and Doncaster Rovers. At the end of June he left Southampton where he was first team coach to take up the same position at Premiership side West Ham United. Glynn previously coached at Charlton Athletic and Doncaster Rovers.
