NI GIRLS ALL SET FOR EURO QUALIFIER

Release Date: 07/02/2012

THE Northern Ireland senior women’s squad travel to Belgium on Sunday for next week’s UEFA Women’s EURO 2013 Qualifier.

The game at the KFC Dessel Stadium will be played on Wednesday (15 February); kick-off 8.00pm.

The girls currently sit 3rd in the Group 3 qualifying table with seven points from four games (and a game in hand over the top two sides).  In a group involving Iceland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary and Norway, the girls have made a great start to their campaign.

National Women’s Coach, Alfie Wylie, has named an 18 player squad for the qualifier against Belgium.
