RENEW YOUR BLOCK BOOKING NOW

CURRENT block bookers now have the opportunity to renew their seats for the Euro 2012 Qualifying Campaign.

Members of the Block Booking Scheme for the World Cup 2010 Qualifying Campaign can now renew the same (or a fewer) number of seats as they held in the World Cup 2010 Block Booking Scheme, for the Euro 2012 campaign.

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE LIMITED AVAILABILITY OF SEATS IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO OFFER ANY EXTRA SEATS OR A MOVEMENT OF SEATS. 

Tickets are now available to purchase and renew online. You should renew your tickets for this scheme by clicking here. Please use your unique username and password - you will receive a reminder of this in the post.  You must use this to log on and confirm your seats. Please keep these details safe and secure. You can change your password to something you will find more memorable by clicking on profile, then edit/modify once logged on.

Your priority opportunity to apply for tickets either online or manually will lapse on Tuesday 31 August 2010 at 4pm.

Block Booking Tickets will cost £200 each (if under 16 in Family Enclosure £145 and if seated in the Disabled Section £115).

If tickets are paid for in one instalment, Block Bookers will receive a discount of £20 per package, £15 if under 16 in the Family Enclosure and £10 if seated in the Disabled Section, therefore Full Price Tickets will be £180, Family Enclosure Tickets (if under 16) £130 and if seated in the Disabled Section £105.

With regards to the Family Enclosure, all adult tickets will be charged at Full Price whilst those tickets for anyone Under 16 will be at the lower rate. This will only apply to those tickets purchased in the area previously designated as the Family Enclosure – North Stand Lower Deck Blocks C, E, G, K, M (all seats) and in Block O (seats 15-28). To be eligible for Junior Tickets, applicants must have been born on or after 8 October 1994.

If you wish to have your tickets posted, there will be an extra charge of £30 (£5 per match) as the tickets are sent by Special Delivery.

Renewals will not be accepted over the telephone.

If you wish to pay in instalments, a payment of £100, £72.50 Family Enclosure if Under 16 and £57.50 if seated in the Disabled Section, will be due before Tuesday 31 August 2010 and a further payment of £100, £72.50 Family Enclosure if Under 16 and £57.50 if seated in the Disabled Section will be due before Thursday 30 June 2011. Postage will also be spilt in two instalments of £15.

If there is more than one person in your Block Booking group, all must pay in full or all must pay in instalments, there cannot be a mixture of payments.

Your priority opportunity to apply for tickets either online or manually will lapse on Tuesday 31 August 2010 at 4 pm. This only allows a period of less than 6 weeks to renew, so the onus is on you, as a block booker, to make sure that you renew your seats on time, to avoid disappointment.

NI Fans. This is the new membership that was formally OSS. It is vital that you supply full membership numbers from the previous OSS campaign in order to maintain your points / caps totals. Caps are awarded for away games beginning with Finland Aug ’06 and home games with Czech Republic Sept ’08.

Due to limited availability, the Association cannot add to or move seats within the Block Booking Scheme.

The friendly match will be the next friendly International Match played by Northern Ireland in Belfast. This is likely to be in 2010 or 2011.

When renewing your block booking online you will only have one chance to complete the process online. If you don’t renew all your tickets first time, you will be unable to log on again and confirm the rest of your tickets online. When prompted, you must change your username to a valid email address in order to receive your payment and confirmation emails. The email address you use will now become your username in future. This is how the Association will contact you with any future information, please make sure that this email address is valid and kept up to date.

When renewing your tickets online, you will receive two emails simultaneously, one from RBS World Pay and one from Irish FA – Purchase Confirmation. Your renewal will ONLY be confirmed once the second email (purchase confirmation) has been received. If you do not receive the second email, please contact the Association immediately, your account will have been debited but your renewal will not have been confirmed. If you pay for your block booking in instalments you will receive a further email from RBS World Pay.

Please bring the Irish FA Purchase Confirmation Email with you when collecting your tickets. If you wish for someone to collect tickets on your behalf they must have written confirmation that you allow them to do so. Collect times will be posted on www.irishfa.com.

Any ticket holder found to have supplied false information on any ticket application will be dealt with accordingly by the Irish FA, this may result in tickets being withdrawn with no refund.

LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
