Clubs still able to apply for accreditation

People and Clubs Accreditation was launched at the end of 2019.

The scheme aims to recognise and reward people and clubs who go above and beyond such as offering great experiences, being inclusive, following safeguarding guidelines and supporting the local community.

The club accreditation process is completed online, and you will be supported by an Irish FA staff member.

Clubs are still able to apply during this current climate with Greenisland Football Club and Ballymacash Rangers FC being awarded Development Club accreditation in the last week.

Simon Smyth, Ballymoney United Youth Academy said, “We were able to complete the process with the support and guidance of our local development officer Joe Doherty. Joe shared his wealth of knowledge in the structure of processes to guide us in the right direction. Joe was able to offer help and we found his input supportive and constructive which enabled us to complete the online submission of documentation”
