Nigel Worthington appointed Glynn Snodin as his assistant manager when he took over the Northern Ireland job on 1 June 2007.
In January 2008 Worthington agreed a new two year contract and Snodin was reappointed to the Northern Ireland set-up.
He played 600 league and cup matches for Barnsley , Hearts, Leeds United, Sheffield Wednesday and Doncaster Rovers. He is currently a first team coach at Leeds United, having previously coached at West Ham United, Southampton, Charlton Athletic and Doncaster Rovers.
