KENNY Shiels' Under-17 side were defeated 1-0 by Luxembourg this evening in their last game before resuming their European Championship campaign at the end of this month.

Luxembourg scored the only goal of the game a minute into stoppage time.

The game was switched at the last minute to Metz in France due to unfavourable local weather conditions.

Kenny's boys are next in action in the Netherlands between from March 25th to 28th in the Elite Round of the UEFA European Championships. Their Group One opponents are the hosts, Germany and Finland.
