A SAMMY Clingan goal after just 14 seconds was enough to hand Northern Ireland victory in Under-21 international with Israel in Herzelia Stadium just outside Tel Aviv.
From the kick off Northern Ireland attacked down the left through David Scullion. His cross was headed out to the edge of the area where Clingan was waiting to strike first time into the corner of the net.
