The first IFA Nutty Krust Summer Soccer Camp in Craigavon took place at Craigavon Leisure Centre with just under 150 boys and girls coming along to join in the fun and games.

The weather was kind with only a few showers which didn't dampen the enthusiasm of players or coaches. Each day the players were split into their age groups and took part in skill sessions and matches . Fun was the main part of the day as well as improving the football skills of all players whether they play at clubs every week or wanted to come along and give it a try
 
The week was organised by Keith Gibson, IFA Grassroots Development Officer for Craigavon. Keith commented "It was great to see so many players from all over the borough coming along. We have been running these camps for 5 years now and this is our biggest yet. This is down to the experienced coaches who make sure each child enjoys their week"
 
Further IFA camps will take place throughout the summer and details are available from Keith. The next camp is in partnership with Portadown FC and will take place at the Kernan Playing Fields on the week starting 19th July. Places are still available for this camp. There will also be further camps at Lurgan Park (2nd August) and Loughgall Country Park (23rd August).
