McDONALD'S IFA LEVEL ONE

A McDonald's sponsored Irish FA Level 1 course in Castlereagh took place at the excellent Hanwood Venue over the three Sundays in January, delivered by IFA Grassroots Development Officer and IFA Primary School Coach Jordan Reid.

“All those who attended really enjoyed themselves and are looking forward to putting their newly gained knowledge and skills into practice and I hope that they will continue on the coaching pathway and we will see them on future Level Two and Three courses.” said Phil Melville .

The course content is varied and very interactive and includes modules on;

. Communicating and Motivating Young Players
. Speed Agility and Quickness
. Planning and Delivering a Coaching Session
. Child Protection
. Basic First Aid in Sport
