Northern Ireland Under 18 Learning Disability Squad Trials

Venue:
Danny Blanchflower Playing Fields, Holywood Rd, Belfast
Times: 1pm - 3pm (please arrive at 12.45pm)
Bring: Football Boots, Shinguards and training kit
Who: Boys aged 15 and over who receive assistance in education for Learning Difficulties/Disability.
We are particularly interested in Boys who play 11-a-side football for a club side.

Participation – There are many Disability Football Clubs throughout Northern Ireland that cater for those with a Learning Disability. The majority of these clubs meet on a weekly basis and are involved in the IFA/Special Olympics Ulster Disability Football Leagues and Cup competitions.  For a complete list of clubs please refer to the Clubs Link in the Disability Football section of the website.

The Northern Ireland Under 18 Learning Disability Squad finished in 3rd place in the 2009 Home Nations Championships, held in Dublin in April 2009.
