FREE ENTRY FOR UNDER11S

Release Date: 09/01/2012

WITH the Sky Sports cameras rolling into Solitude for tonight’s Carling Premiership game between Cliftonville and Dungannon Swifts, both clubs are pulling out all the stops to encourage fans to come along and support their teams.

Both clubs have agreed that under-11s can get free entry to the game with a full-paying adult, and Dungannon Swifts are providing FREE transport to and from Solitude as they look to encourage fans to make the trip up the M1 to support the team.

Following the success of a free wig giveaway at the recent Big Two game on Sky, this promotion is continuing tonight with the promise of over 500 free Red and Blue wigs for home and away fans.

Speaking ahead of the game, Irish FA Domestic Marketing Manager Graeme Beggs, has called for fans to come out and support their clubs despite the game being on TV.

“Both clubs must be praised for their efforts to promote this game and to get the fans through the turnstiles this evening, of which I have no doubt they will.  This game is broadcast across the UK and beyond tonight with the potential for a huge TV audience, and it is a fantastic platform to show people just how good the Carling Premiership is.

“Our fans are passionate about their clubs, and the players will want to put in a performance deserving of the Sky Sports cameras, so it has all the ingredients for a great night at Solitude.”

Any Dungannon Swifts fans wishing to travel to the game please contact 02887723257.
