GLENTORAN BU Reserves claimed their third Reserve League title in a row with a win over their nearest rivals Ballymena Allstars Reserves at Ormeau Park on Thursday night.

In the Davison’s Frudles Reserve League title decider Glentoran's professional approach coupled with a sensational goal from Michelle Crawford (her first of the season) saw Glentoran snatch the title from Ballymena who had gone into the match as League leaders and only needing a draw to take the title.

However Glentoran bolstered by their win over Ballymena at the same venue the previous week via penalties in the League Cup semi-final were resolute in their determination to achieve their three in a row.
